We're introducing TrackHero!

Hey everyone! I hope that everyone had a blast during this season on the track. We’ve been working hard during the year on our new project TrackHero. TrackHero is browser based telemetry app, which will allow you to upload your sessions, configure your cars, assign car setups to session and more importantly analyse the sessions. TrackHero is product that have been long into making, and we’re proud to announce that it will be available soon.

What is trackhero aiming to be

TrackHero is meant to be your buddy, both inside and outside of paddock. You will be able to review your laps in between session, to see where you might be loosing time, but also to do a deep dive analysis, using our Insights Studio.

Features

At this moment TrackHero has basic features to fit most of the track enthusiasts. But we will continously bring more features to the app as the time will go on.

Session Storage

Trackhero can store your sessions and to some extend it’s a cloud storage for VBO files. You can save your sessions, assign setups, cars and search between them.

Setups

From session to session, people change their car setups to experiment what is the fastest passible way to clock in time. And thus setups change. Maybe a bit more positive camber, or maybe change of brake pads. Setups get you covered. Your setup is automatically copied from the car you assign to it from you garage, however you can change values from session to session basis. This allows you go back in time to see what was working or wasn’t working and make further adjustments to you car, when you’re preparing for next trackday.

Garage

Some people have 1 car, some people have multiple. Common problems we saw during trackdays was that apps didn’t really incentivise saving different setups or cars towards you session. And we think it’s extremely important. In garage, you can add cars you’re driving, or own and fill them with a lots of informations. Such as brakes, tires, suspension and alignment and so on. These informations are fundamental to the car, and are most often asked by people when talking about your car. However these information are hard to share, some people use instagram posts to keep data, some people are writing them down in youtube description to their onboards or more commonly - with a pen and paper! We believe will serve people well when it comes to saving setups for future references as well as to see overview of their cars.

Insights

Insights are used to analyze your pace, racing line and compare to others. You can add math channels, playback your laps, and see realtime from OBD II reading what the car doing, or simply to review you inputs. You can select based on track whatever trackdays you like, and whatever laps from those trackdays. You can add math channels with some math operations to calculate e.g. grip available to see mistakes, or unused potential in corners.

Compare

Compare can be used to compare yourself to… yourself (ba dum tsss), or to your friends. Your friends can share sessions (even private ones), with you, and you can use that analysis to see where are the differences in your laps. It is meant to find faster laptimes, even if the best reference lap, isn’t in your session.
